At Mind🌱Bread, we take pride in delivering fresh, high-quality buckwheat bread. Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns. All sales are final.


Damaged or Incorrect Orders

  2. Include your order number and photos of the issue.
  3. Once we review your claim, we will offer a replacement or refund if deemed appropriate.

Conditions for Refunds or Replacements

  • The product was damaged during transit.
  • You received the wrong item.
  • The issue is reported within 48 hours of delivery.

Refunds will not be granted for:

  • Failure to store the product properly after delivery.
